PT Dompet Aman Indonesia, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, domiciled at the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building, Tower I, 28th Floor, Suite 2801, Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav. 52-53, Jakarta 12190, as the owner of Dompet Aman which provides access to financial, lifestyle, social, and point rewards services, where Dompet Aman can be accessed through a web application, Playstore and/or App Store.
Please take the time to read these entire Terms and Conditions of Use of Dompet Aman. As for the Terms and Conditions of Use of Dompet Aman, (i) you are bound by all terms of use of Dompet Aman; and (ii) additional terms and conditions of the Services on Dompet Aman. Notwithstanding a single entity, the additional terms of use will apply to each related Service in the event of any discrepancy with the terms of use. Therefore, in using Dompet Aman, you must understand and agree to all the contents of the Terms and Conditions of Use of Dompet Aman. If you do not agree to Dompet Aman Terms and Conditions of Use, you are allowed not to continue accessing or using Dompet Aman.
Before using Dompet Aman, you must agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use of Dompet Aman and the Privacy Policy and register as a User by filling in the required data in accordance with the applicable regulations. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of Use of Dompet Aman and the Privacy Policy, the User will be deemed to have read, understood, understood and agreed to this Terms and Conditions of Use of Dompet Aman as well as the Privacy Policy which becomes effective and legally binding for the User.
The Terms and Conditions of Use of Dompet Aman may change and change periodically. 1. DEFINITION
The following definitions that you must understand in the Terms and Conditions of Use of Dompet Aman:
a. Account is a personal account belonging to Dompet Aman User that is used to access Dompet Aman and the Services.
b. BANI is the Indonesian National Arbitration Board located at Wahana Graha Ita 4 2nd Floor, Jalan Mampang Prapatan No. 2, Duren Tiga, Pancoran, RT.5/RW.1, Duren Tiga, Pancoran, South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta 12760.
c. DAI is PT. Dompet Aman Indonesia, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, domiciled at the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building, Tower 1, 28th Floor, Suite 2801, Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav. 52-53, Jakarta 12190, which is the owner of Dompet Aman.
d. Dompet Aman is a www.dompetaman.com site and platform owned by PT. Dompet Aman Indonesia that provides access to financial, lifestyle, social, payment, and other Services through the application on the web site, PayLater and/or Apps Store.
e. Personal Information means personally identifiable information about the User collected through Dompet Aman and the Payment and/or Services, whether directly or indirectly, including but not limited to any other government-issued identification, photo nationality, User's phone number, health data, related financial information, and biometric information (including but not limited to facial recognition), including the content of messages and/or attachments as well as the data submitted by the User when opening an Account as instructed in the Privacy Policy.
f. Force Majeure is a circumstance that occurs beyond the control of Dompet Aman including but not limited to natural disasters, virus, pandemics, power outages, telecommunication disruptions, government policies, and others.
g. Privacy Policy is a policy that regulates how to collect, use, and disclose User data and information in Dompet Aman along with all the features contained in Dompet Aman.
h. Content is any and/or all information created and/or compiled and/or developed and/or managed by DAI or the Service Provider including but not limited to text or writing, images, audios or audios-photographs, illustrations, animations, videos, sound recordings or music, titles, descriptions and/or any data in any form obtained from the Service Provider and has the authority to use and distribute the content provided to Users on Dompet Aman, including any links therein or content provided.
i. Report is the submission of complaints, questions, requests, and others to the Service, Content, or payment through the Payment Method, or the Service Provider's treatment of the User through Dompet Aman.
j. Services are access to and/or payment, or use of services available on Dompet Aman, namely, Aman Finance, Aman Health, Aman Social, Aman Lifestyle, Aman Rewards, and other services in Dompet Aman from DAI partners that will be developed from time to time.
k. Payment Method means payment of some or one of the Services by the User by electronic money, loan facilities, company bills (by using a visit rate account linked to the User's employer account), debit or credit card, bank account, or other payment method.
l. OTP or One-Time Password is a verification code or one-time password system sent by Dompet Aman to the User that functions so that the User can register himself on Dompet Aman.
m. The user is you as the user of Dompet Aman.
n. Payment Method Provider is an electronic payment method provided by an independent third party within a Dompet Aman.
o. Service Provider is a third party, both affiliated and in collaboration with PT Dompet Aman Indonesia and/or the manager of the platform Dompet Aman who agrees to become a provider of financial services (Aman Finance, Aman Health, Aman Social, Aman Lifestyle, Aman Rewards and/or Aman other services (Aman and Rewards in Dompet Aman which is cooperation scheme or other schemes with PT Dompet Aman Indonesia.
p. An Authorization Pin is a passcode that a User creates for the purpose of using and executing certain features on a limited basis in a Dompet Aman.
q. Terms and Conditions of Use of Dompet Aman means these Terms and Conditions of Use of Dompet Aman along with all changes or updates thereof and govern all terms and conditions that apply to Users in using Dompet Aman.
