1. DEFINITION

Here are the definitions that you should understand in Dompet Aman Privacy Policy:

a. Account is a personal account belonging to Dompet Aman User that is used to access Dompet Aman and the Services.

b. BANI is the Indonesian National Arbitration Board located at Wahana Graha 1st & 2nd Floor, Jalan Mampang Prapatan No. 2, Duren Tiga, Pancoran, RT.4/RW.1, Duren Tiga, Pancoran, South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta 12760.

c. Cookies are small data files that are stored on a User’s computer or mobile device.

d. Dompet Aman is a www.dompetaman.com site and platform owned by PT Dompet Aman Indonesia that provides access to financial, lifestyle, social, and rewards services. Dompet Aman can be accessed through the web app, Playstore and/or App Store.

e. Personal Information means personally identifiable information about the User collected through Dompet Aman, such as name, e-mail address, gender, identification (including ID card, driver’s license, or passport) or other government-issued identification, photo, nationality, User’s phone number, health data, related financial information, and biometric information (including but not limited to facial recognition), including the content of messages and/or attachments as well as the data submitted by the User when opening an Account as stipulated in the Privacy Policy.

f. Privacy Policy is a policy that regulates how to collect, use, and disclose User data and information in Dompet Aman along with all the features contained in Dompet Aman.

g. Services are access to order, payment, or use of services and/or pillars available on Dompet Aman, namely financial services (Aman Finance), health services (Aman Health), social services (Aman Social), lifestyle (Aman Lifestyle), Aman Rewards, and other services in Dompet Aman from partners of PT Dompet Aman Indonesia and/or managers of pillars in Dompet Aman which will be developed from time to time.

h. Marketing Materials are forms of marketing from Dompet Aman and Service Providers for Users which include direct marketing, advertising, and promotional communications through push-notification applications, messages through Dompet Aman, posts, phone calls, short message services (SMS), chat platforms, social media, and e-mail.

i. The User is you as the user of Dompet Aman.

j. Service Provider is a third party, both affiliated and in collaboration with PT Dompet Aman Indonesia and/or the manager of the pillars in Dompet Aman who agrees to become a provider of financial services (Aman Finance), health services (Aman Health), social services (Aman Social), lifestyle (Aman Lifestyle) and Rewards in Dompet Aman with a cooperation scheme or other schemes with PT Dompet Aman Indonesia.

k. Rewards is a point in the form of a deduction given by Aman Rewards for the User’s loyalty in making transactions through the Service.

2. TYPES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED BY DOMPET AMAN

In order to provide the Service to the User optimally, Dompet Aman will collect the following data:

a. Identity data including name, username, identity card, taxpayer identification number, user identity or other identifiers, position, date of birth, gender, place of birth, occupation, nationality, photo and/or biometric data;

b. Contact data including billing addresses, shipping addresses and labels, email addresses, phone numbers and contact lists;

c. Transaction data includes purchases or orders made by the User, interests, preferences, inputs, and responses to the User’s surveys, in relation to the User, the type of service sought, and the type of service acceptable at that time;

d. Financial data including bank account details and payment cards such as the type of card or payment account used, the name of the issuer of such card or payment account, the name of the holder of such card or payment account, the identification number of such account or payment card, the verification code of such payment card or account, and the expiration date of such payment card or account, as applicable, virtual account data, financial history (including but not limited to payment card or account transaction history, payment card or account details, CVV code and mapping and/or status and circumstances of payment card or account), and credit scoring data;

e. Payment data including details of payments or transfers made by Users on the Service, including but not limited to data relating to usage, payments, recipient details (including their account details), payment methods used, payment amounts paid, billing details, and invoice details;

f. Technical data including details about the User’s use such as the identification generated by Dompet Aman (user id), messaging services within Dompet Aman, search services within Dompet Aman, internet protocol (IP) address, data as previously or subsequently viewed web pages, duration of each visit/session, internet device identity (ID) or media access control address, advertising ID and other device information including information about the manufacturer, model, and operating system of the device that the User uses to access Dompet Aman, and crash logs;

g. Device data includes device data, including the type of device the User uses to access the Application, including hardware model, operating system and version, software, IMEI number, file name and version, language choice, unique device identifier, advertising identifier, serial number, device movement information, and/or mobile network information;

h. Log data includes records on the server that receives data such as the IP address of the device, the date and time of access, the features of Dompet Aman or the pages viewed, the work process of Dompet Aman and other system activities, the type of browser (browser), and/or the third-party sites or services that the User uses before interacting with Dompet Aman.

3. PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT DOMPET AMAN COLLECTS

Dompet Aman collects information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person or device associated with the Personal Information. In addition, for other information, such as personal profiles, and/or unique identification numbers, that are associated or combined with Personal Information, such information is also considered Personal Information. The Personal Information collected by Dompet Aman may be provided by the User directly or by the Service Provider (e.g.: when the User registers or uses Dompet Aman, when the User contacts Dompet Aman customer service, or vice versa when the User provides Personal Information to Dompet Aman). Dompet Aman may collect information in various forms and purposes (including purposes permitted under the Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection and other applicable laws and regulations).

When the User registers and creates an Account, the User must provide certain Personal Information, including the User’s name, physical address, e-mail, and telephone number.

When the User uses Dompet Aman, the User needs to provide relevant and necessary information by Dompet Aman, such as:

• Provide information according to the type of service selected by the User.

• Provide the necessary information to Dompet Aman. This information includes but is not limited to: full name, identity card number, type of identity card used for registration, address, gender, place and date of birth, occupation, nationality, and/or biometric data.

• If the User intends to add a payment card or account as a source of funds for the payment of the Service, the User agrees to provide Dompet Aman with information related to the type of payment card and account registered, the issuer of the payment card or account, the name of the holder of the payment card and account, the identification number of the payment card or account and the verification code of the payment card or account and the expiration date of the payment card, and account, as applicable.

a. Information Collected Every Time a User Uses or Visits a Dompet Aman

Whenever the User uses or visits Dompet Aman, Dompet Aman may collect certain technical data in connection with the User’s use such as, internet protocol address, information on previously or subsequently viewed web pages, duration of each visit/session, internet device identity or media access control address, mobile advertising ID and other device information including information regarding the manufacturer, model, and operating system of the device used by the User to access Dompet Aman.

When a User uses or visits a Dompet Aman, certain information may also be collected automatically by using Cookies. Dompet Aman uses Cookies to track the User’s activity with the aim of improving the User’s experience. Most mobile devices and internet browsers support the use of Cookies; however, the User can adjust the settings on the User’s mobile device or internet browser to refuse certain types of Cookies. The User’s mobile device and/or browser also allows the User to delete any Cookies that have previously been stored. However, it may affect the functions available on Dompet Aman.

If the User uses and/or at the time a payment is made through a payment card or account that the User adds in Dompet Aman, Dompet Aman may collect certain information related to transaction records, including recipient details, billing details, receipt details, and phone number details.

b. Information Collected from Service Providers

Dompet Aman may also collect users’ Personal Information from Service Providers (including agents, vendors, suppliers, contractors, partners, and other parties who provide services to Dompet Aman, collect Personal Information and/or perform tasks on behalf of Dompet Aman, or with whom Dompet Aman cooperates). In such cases, Dompet Aman will only collect the user’s Personal Information in or in connection with the purposes involving such Service Provider or the purpose of Dompet Aman’s cooperation with such Service Provider (depending on the situation). In particular, when the User registers a payment card or account through Dompet Aman and/or accesses, adds and/or connects the User’s payment card or account on Dompet Aman, Dompet Aman may collect certain financial information and your financial records (including but not limited to transaction records, details and placement of payment cards or accounts, and/or the status and country of your payment card or account) from the issuer of the credentials payment or from the Service Provider.

c. Information about Service Providers Provided by Users to Dompet Aman

The User may provide to Dompet Aman Personal Information relating to other Service Provider individuals (including Personal Information relating to the User’s spouse, family members, friends, or other individuals). Users will of course need their prior consent to do so - see ‘Acknowledgment and Consent’, below, for more information.

If the User uses the messaging feature in Dompet Aman, the User will provide the User’s phone number stored in the mobile phone contact to assist the User in using Dompet Aman messaging feature as well as other internal purposes.

4. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT DOMPET AMAN COLLECTS

Dompet Aman may use the Personal Information collected for the following purposes or for other purposes permitted by applicable laws and regulations:

1. To identify and register Users as Users on Dompet Aman's and to administer, verify, deactivate, or manage Accounts;

2. To enable Service Providers to provide the Services;

3. To process and facilitate orders and payment transactions made by the User, including as applicable, transactions made through payment cards or accounts available through the Service;

4. To notify the User of transactions or activities that occur in Dompet Aman or other systems connected to Dompet Aman;

5. To communicate with the User and send the User information in connection with the use of Dompet Aman;

6. To notify Users of any updates to Dompet Aman or changes to the Service;

7. To process and respond to inquiries and suggestions received from Users;

8. To maintain, develop, test, improve, and personalize Dompet Aman to meet the needs and preferences of the User;

9. To monitor and analyze the User's activities, behavior, and demographic data including the habits and use of the various services available on Dompet Aman;

10. To process and administer Rewards;

11. To offer or provide the Services; and

12. To send Users marketing communications, advertisements, vouchers, surveys, and information directly or focused, and information about special offers or promotions.

The User or the party providing the Personal Information to Dompet Aman, Dompet Aman may use the User's Personal Information more generally for the following purposes (although in certain cases Dompet Aman will act reasonably and not use the User's Personal Information more than is necessary for the purpose):

1. To perform related business processes and functions;

2. To monitor the use of Dompet Aman and manage, support and improve the efficiency of the performance, development, User experience and functions of Dompet Aman;

3. To provide assistance in connection with resolving technical difficulties or operational issues of the Service;

4. To generate statistical information and analytical data for the purposes of testing, research, analysis, product development, commercial partnerships, and cooperation;

5. To detect and investigate symptoms, complaints, and anything related to the User's health;

6. To facilitate business asset transactions (which may be mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales) involving Dompet Aman and/or Dompet Aman's affiliates; and

7. To enable Dompet Aman to comply with all obligations under applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to responding to regulatory requests, investigations, or directives, complying with filing, reporting, and licensing requirements required by applicable regulations) and conducting audits, due diligence and investigations.
